Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- carrots - 1 lb
- small onion - 1 item
- beef stew meat - 2 lb
- can V-8 juice - 20 oz
- Minute tapioca - 3 Tbsp
- or 4 potatoes - 3 item
How to make beef stew:
Put all ingredients into a casserole with a tight cover. Bake for 5 hours at 250°, stirring occasionally, or put all ingredients into your crock-pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
