Ingredients/Components
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- large tomato - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- sliced ripe olives - 1/4 c
- medium egg noodles - 3 c
- small red onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium cucumber, thinly sliced - 1 item
- cooked lean beef, cut into thin strips
- bottled red wine - 2/3 c
- vinegar dressing - 1 item
How to make beef salad:
