How to make beef roast:

Heat roasting pan; put oil in and brown roast on all sides. Cut onion in slices and put on top of roast. Put enough water to make gravy. Take 2 tablespoons flour and dissolve in warm water and put in roaster to thicken gravy. Cook until tender as you want it.
