  • water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • garlic powder - 2 cloves
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large cucumbers - 3 item
  • large tomatoes - 3 item

How to make cucumber and tomato salad:

Slice and peel cucumbers into thin circles. Slice tomatoes (peel if you wish). Mix all ingredients together. Serve chilled.
