- wide egg noodles - 2 c
- cooked, diced carrots - 1 c

How to make beef goulash:
Peel, dice and cook carrots until done. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Add onion and celery to grease in Dutch oven and saute about 5 minutes. Add broken up ground beef; brown. Combine all ingredients to beef in Dutch oven. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors are blended.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
