Ingredients/Components
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, diced - 4 item
- head lettuce, shredded - 1 item
- grated cheese - 4 oz
- Thousand Island dressing - 8 oz
- small bag Doritos - 1 item
- large avocado, chopped - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chili optional - 1 item
How to make mexican salad:
Brown ground beef in skillet. Add drained kidney beans and salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Toss lettuce, onion, tomatoes, grated cheese, avocado and Thousand Island dressing in bowl. Add ground beef mixture to salad; toss. Add Doritos. (Chili may be added.)Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, One Dish meal.
