Ingredients/Components
- beef brisket - 4 6
- liquid smoke - 2 Tbsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate overnight
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 bouillon
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- steak sauce - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make beef brisket:
Rub liquid smoke and seasoned salt on meat. Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate overnight. The next day, add Worcestershire sauce and place in 250° oven in tightly wrapped foil for 5 hours. Allow no steam to escape. Slice and serve with Barbecue Sauce.Barbecue Sauce:1 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbsp. butter1 beef bouillon cube, in 1 c. water1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. orange juice1/2 c. ketchup1/4 c.
