Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 5 item
- onion - 1 item
- can undiluted tomato soup - 1 item
How to make beef and potato casserole:
Slice potatoes into Pyrex dish. Slice onions over top of potatoes. Spoon hamburger over onions and pour tomato soup evenly over mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
