Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- can green beans, drained - 1 item
- crushed crackers - 2 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Drain and mix all vegetable ingredients together. Add grated cheese on top of vegetables. Melt butter; add cracker crumbs and butter together. Sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
