Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- mayonnaise
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dill weed - 2 tsp
- whole pumpernickel bread, halved and cored - 1 item
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- onion granules - 1 tsp
- celery, seed - 1 tsp
- small onion, minced - 1 item
How to make beau monde dip:
Cut core of bread into bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients (except bread) into covered bowl 24 hours prior to party. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour into bread shell and surround with bread pieces and pieces of fresh raw vegetables.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
