Bavarian goulash
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- water - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 3 item
- tsp salt - 1/2 item
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- cup milk - 1/2 item
- 1/2 cups flour - 1 item
- teaspoon baking powder - 1/4 item
- tablespoons paprika - 3 item
- slice lemon - 1 item
- pounds onions - 3 item
- pound veal - 1 item
- pound lean pork - 1 item
- pound lean beef - 1 item
- few small slivers of carrot - 1 item
- gravy thickening - 1 item
How to make bavarian goulash:
Mix all dry ingredients and add wet ingredients; beat well. Place in potato ricer and press through into boiling salted water. Cook for about 5 minutes or until they rise to the surface. Drain and drizzle with butter. Saut?© 1/2 cup bread crumbs in butter until brown and sprinkle over top of warm noodles.
