  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

  • tsp salt - 1/2 item
  • beef bouillon cube - 1 item
  • cup milk - 1/2 item
  • 1/2 cups flour - 1 item
  • teaspoon baking powder - 1/4 item
  • tablespoons paprika - 3 item
  • slice lemon - 1 item
  • pounds onions - 3 item
  • pound veal - 1 item
  • pound lean pork - 1 item
  • pound lean beef - 1 item
  • few small slivers of carrot - 1 item
  • gravy thickening - 1 item

How to make bavarian goulash:

Mix all dry ingredients and add wet ingredients; beat well. Place in potato ricer and press through into boiling salted water. Cook for about 5 minutes or until they rise to the surface. Drain and drizzle with butter. Saut?© 1/2 cup bread crumbs in butter until brown and sprinkle over top of warm noodles. Serve with goulash and gravy with chunky applesauce on the side.
