- boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
- Milk - 1 item
- Italian seasonings - 1 item
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- Small amount of oil - 1 item
- Tomato soup - 1 can
How to make italian chicken:
Dip boneless chicken breast in milk, then in Italian bread crumbs. Brown chicken lightly in oil, then drain off excess oil. Mix tomato soup and Italian seasonings (to taste) in a separate bowl. Pour soup mixture over chicken and lower heat to simmer 45 minutes to an hour.
