Barley pilaf casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 c
- beef bouillon - 3 c
- pearl barley
How to make barley pilaf casserole:
Melt margarine in skillet. Add onions, mushrooms and barley. Cook on medium heat until highly browned. Place in casserole dish. Stir in salt and pepper. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Grains, Side dish, Casseroles.
