  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • tomato juice - 1 c

How to make texas barbecue sauce:

Mix in saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour over ribs or chicken.
