Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- chopped onions - 1 c
- chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
- ketchup - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce
How to make meat balls:
Mix bread, milk, hamburger and 1/4 cup onions together. Shape into round balls and place in baking dish. Mix all the remaining ingredients together and pour over meat balls. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Yields 16 to 20 meat balls.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
