Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped celery - 4 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- ketchup - 1 c
- barbecue sauce - 1 c
- beef roast - 4 lb
How to make barbecue sandwiches:
Place beef in Dutch oven. Combine all remaining ingredients. Pour over beef. Cover and bake at 350° for 5 hours. Shred beef with fork. Serve on buns. Makes 24 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Sandwich.
