Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 tsp
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • Place in glass baking dish

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Mix together and shape into balls. Place in glass baking dish.Sauce:1/2 c. catsup1/2 c. vinegar2 tsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. chopped onions Mix together and pour over meatballs. Bake one hour at 350°.
