Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chili powder - 2 tsp
  • ground beef - 3 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • liquid smoke - 1/2 tsp
  • Shape into walnut-size balls

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Combine ingredients (mixture will be soft). Shape into walnut-size balls. Place in single layer on wax-paper-lined cookie sheets and freeze until solid. Store in freezer bags until ready to cook.Sauce:2 c. catsup1 c. brown sugar1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
