Banana tea bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- oleo, softened - 1/2 c
- almond flavoring - 1 tsp
- bananas, mashed - 1 c
How to make banana tea bread:
Cream together oleo and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, milk and almond flavoring to creamed mixture and mix well. Mix together flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with mashed bananas. Pour into well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
