Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped nuts - 1 item
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained well - 1 oz
- large bananas, sliced - 4 item
- container Cool Whip, thawed - 1 (12
- sticks oleo or margarine - 3 item
How to make banana split cake:
Crust: Melt 1 stick oleo; add graham cracker crumbs and press on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.Filling: Mix 2 sticks of oleo, eggs and sugar for 15 minutes (no less) at medium speed on mixer. Spread over crumb crust. Spread well drained pineapple over this mixture. Slice bananas over top of pineapple. Spread thawed Cool Whip over all and top with nuts. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
