Banana oatmeal bread
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 4 c
- margarine, softened - 1 c
- light brown sugar - 2 c
- plus 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- quick oats, uncooked - 2 c
- 4 medium bananas, mashed - 2 c
How to make banana oatmeal bread:
Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans. Preheat oven to 350°. In medium bowl combine bananas, oats and milk; set aside. In large bowl cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with banana mixture to creamed mixture.
