- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 2/3 c
- baking powder
- shortening - 1/2 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
- bananas, mashed - 3 item
- soda in bananas - 1 tsp
How to make banana nut cake:
Beat on medium speed the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, mixed with bananas, salt, shortening and 1/2 cup milk for 2 minutes. Add eggs and 1/3 cup milk. Beat 2 more minutes. Fold in chopped nuts.
