Banana cream supreme
Ingredients/Components
- 2 1/2 inches each, approximately 2 c - 24 cracker
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- 12 oz - 1 pkg
- 3 - 1 pkg
- sour cream - 1 c
- bananas - 3 item
- pecans - 1/2 c
How to make banana cream supreme:
Coarsely chop graham crackers in food chopper or blender. Combine graham crackers, butter and sugar. Press into bottom and up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan. Combine whipped topping, pudding and sour cream in batter bowl with 10-inch whisk. Pour half of filling over the crust. Slice bananas with the slicer or with knife. Layer bananas on top. Pour remaining filling over bananas. Finely chop pecans with food chopper or blender and sprinkle over top. Sets immediately but can be refrigerated to chill.
