Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 qt
- butter - 1/4 lb
- water - 2 c
- raisins optional - 1 item
- rice - 2/3 c
How to make rice pudding:
Cook water and rice until done. Drain. Add milk and butter; cook 1 hour at 350°. (Add raisins.) Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir into rice; cook 15 more minutes. Let cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
