Banana cream cake
Ingredients/Components
- ripe bananas, mashed well - 1/2 doz
- sugar - 2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda
- chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make banana cream cake:
Mash bananas. Mix well sugar, oil, eggs and salt. Mix flour, spices, soda and pecans (optional). Alternate flour mixture and bananas into the sugar mixture. Bake in two 9-inch pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan; grease well. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. After cooled ice with cream cheese mix. It makes for smiles.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
