Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- Cool and spread between layers
- Grease and flour 2 9-inch cake pans
How to make peter paul mounds cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) cake pans. Combine dry ingredients and sift into mixing bowl. Add butter, milk and eggs. Mix well. Bake 30 minutes or until done. Cool. Slice layers, making 4 layers.Filling:3 c. coconut1 1/2 c.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
