  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • 8 oz - 2 c
  • low-fat milk - 1 c
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic flakes - 1/4 tsp
  • c - 1 oz
  • chopped seeded tomato
  • Watkins Omelet and Souffle Seasoning

How to make baked vegetable omelet:

Layer Monterey Jack cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and Cheddar in an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish. Beat together remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, or until egg mixture is set. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Serves six.
