- flour - 1/4 c
- 8 oz - 2 c
- low-fat milk - 1 c
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- garlic flakes - 1/4 tsp
- c - 1 oz
- chopped seeded tomato
- Watkins Omelet and Souffle Seasoning
How to make baked vegetable omelet:
Layer Monterey Jack cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and Cheddar in an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish. Beat together remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, or until egg mixture is set. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Serves six.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas.
