Baked vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- tapioca - 3 Tbsp
- sliced carrots
- sliced celery - 2 c
- sliced onion
- green pepper strips - 3/4 c
- French-cut green beans - 2 c
- tomatoes, cut up stewed or plain - 2 c
How to make baked vegetable medley:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in 7 x 10-inch low glass pan. Cover and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serves 8.Carrots can be precooked if left in large pieces.
