Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef
- oregano
- basil - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- spaghetti, cooked - 8 oz
- can tomato, cut up - 1 oz
How to make baked spaghetti:
Brown beef, garlic and onion. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, sugar, oregano, salt and basil. Bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes. Stir often. Remove from heat; add spaghetti. Put 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with all of Mozzarella cheese. Put rest of spaghetti mix on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
