Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
  • dried oregano, crushed
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • dried basil, crushed - 1 tsp
  • can tomatoes, cut up - 1 oz
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • ground beef
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 2
  • can mushroom stems and pieces, drained - 1 oz
  • spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained - 8 oz

How to make spaghetti bake:

Make meat sauce. Stir in drained spaghetti. Place 1/2 spaghetti-meat sauce in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake casserole at 375° for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
