Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- dried oregano - 2 Tbsp
- cup chopped onion - 1 item
- cup chopped green pepper - 1 item
- cup grated parmesan cheese - 1/4 item
- can 28 ounces diced tomatoes with liquid - 1 item
- can 4 ounces mushroom stems, drained - 1 item
- can 2 1/4 ounces sliced ripe olive, drained - 1 item
- pound ground beef, browned and drained optional - 1 item
- cups 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese - 2 item
- can 10 3/4 ounces condensed Cream of Mushroom soup diluted with 1/4 cups water - 1 item
How to make baked spaghetti:
In a large skillet, saut?© onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add ground beef if desired. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish. ToRecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
