Vegetable rice medley
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water
- uncooked long grain rice - 1 c
- onion or vegetable soup mix - 2 to
- frozen, corn, peas, or mixed vegetables - 2 c
How to make vegetable rice medley:
Combine rice, water, soup mix and salt. Bring to boil. Add vegetables and return to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook until rice and vegetables are tender. Serves 4 - 6.Recipe categories: Low protein, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
