Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- dry white wine - 4 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- scallops - 1 lb
How to make baked scallops:
Wash and drain scallops. Melt margarine. Toss scallops in melted margarine, bread crumbs and garlic powder. Place in greased baking dish. Drizzle wine over top. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Scallops.
