Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- large cooked, peeled and diced potatoes - 8 item
- bacon, soft cooked and cut up - 1/2 lb
- jar drained chopped green salad olives - 1 oz
How to make baked potato salad:
Mix potatoes, Velveeta cheese, mayonnaise, onion and salt and pepper to taste well. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with bacon (can use more, if desired). Cover with olives. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Casseroles.
