Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- American cheese - 1 lb
- real mayonnaise - 1 c
- cooked, peeled and diced potatoes - 8 item
- chopped, fried bacon - 1/2 lb
- sliced ripe olives or stuffed olives - 1/4 c
How to make baked potato salad:
Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onion. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, covered, and 30 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Casseroles.
