Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water
- honey optional - 1/3 c
- orange juice concentrate - 1/4 c
- fresh cranberries
- pears - 6 item
- pineapple juice concentrate - 1/4 c
- white grape juice concentrate - 1/4 c
How to make baked pears:
Remove the core of each pear from the bottom. Bring juices and 1 cup water to a rolling boil. Add fresh cranberries and return to boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat. Mix 1/4 cup cold water with cornstarch until smooth. Add to cranberry mixture and stir until sauce thickens. Arrange pears in a tray and cover with the sauce. Bake, covered, at 400° until tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Granola and porridge, Pears.
