Ingredients/Components
- whole eggs - 2 item
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- or 1/4 lb - 2/3 c
- cans oysters, drained save liquid - 3 oz
- oyster liquid and cream, combined - 2 c
How to make baked oysters:
Beat eggs in bowl. Add liquid, cracker crumbs, oysters and pepper; mix well. Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add to mixture. Return to baking dish. Bake in a 350° oven until golden brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Seafood, Shellfish.
