Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- stick melted oleo - 1 item
- hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
How to make baked hash browns:
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 stick melted oleo and 2 cups crushed corn flakes before baking.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
