Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 3 item
- green onion, sliced thinly - 1 item
How to make baked english omelette:
Beat eggs with a wire whisk in bowl until smooth. Beat in milk. Stir in seasonings. Add cheese, bacon and onion. Melt butter in a 9-inch frying pan or omelette pan. Pour egg mixture into pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Garnish with additional cooked and crumbled bacon, if desired. Serve immediately.
