Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 6 item
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • black pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 3 item
  • green onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
  • additional cooked bacon for garnish - 1 item

How to make baked english omelette:

Beat eggs with a wire whisk in bowl until smooth. Beat in milk. Stir in seasonings, Cheddar cheese, onion and bacon. Melt butter in a 9-inch frying pan or omelette pan. Pour egg mixture into pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until set and golden.

Garnish with additional bacon, if desired. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
