Ingredients/Components
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- crushed potato chips
- trout fillets - 2 lb
- bottle creamy Italian dressing - 1 oz
How to make baked crunchy trout:
Lay fillets in the bottom of a buttered 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped onion. Spread dressing over onion to cover fish. Put crushed potato chips on top to cover completely. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serves 4. Easy and real good.Recipe categories: Main dish, Freshwater fish, Trout.
