Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- head cauliflower - 1 item
How to make baked cauliflower:
Break cauliflower into pieces and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain. Mix cream of chicken soup, mayo and Cheddar cheese. In a 2-quart baking dish, add the well drained cauliflower. Add soup mixture and stir. Mix bread crumbs with oleo and sprinkle over cauliflower. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
