  • eggs - 4 item
  • butter
  • water - 1/4 c
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • rum - 1/2 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
  • instant vanilla pudding
  • Bacardi rum - 1/2 c

How to make bacardi rum cake:

Glaze:1/4 lb. butter1/4 c. water1/2 c. rum1 c. sugar Boil Glaze 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour 12 cup Bundt pan. Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Drizzle Glaze over cake.
