- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- butter
- water - 1/4 c
- cold water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- rum - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
- instant vanilla pudding
- Bacardi rum - 1/2 c
How to make bacardi rum cake:
Glaze:1/4 lb. butter1/4 c. water1/2 c. rum1 c. sugar Boil Glaze 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour 12 cup Bundt pan. Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Drizzle Glaze over cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
