- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- 1/2 sticks melted oleo - 1 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Mix thoroughly and pour into large greased casserole or 2 small casseroles. Mix extra butter with 2 cups torn breadcrumbs or mashed cornflakes. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes at 350° or until bubbling and done. Serves 12.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
