- milk - 2/3 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water
- box au gratin potatoes - 1 1/2
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Mix ingredients in order directed on box using quantities and casserole size given here. Cover; microwave 18 to 20 minutes on "6" or until potatoes are tender and most of liquid is absorbed.Note: Larger casserole is necessary to prevent overboiling. If drier potatoes are desired, use liquid as directed on box, a 2-quart casserole, and cook uncovered.
