Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
- julienne ham - 1 1
- can asparagus, drained - 1 item
- to 4 cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- thyme, ground - 3/4 tsp
- lasagne noodles 2-inch wide - 5 item
How to make asparagus lasagne:
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain and cut in half crosswise. In saucepan, cook garlic and thyme in butter. Blend in flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season sauce with salt and pepper. In buttered 2-quart microwavable dish, layer 1/3 of noodles, sauce, cheese, ham and asparagus. Repeat layers twice. In microwave, cover and cook on High 9 to 10 minutes, turning twice.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Lasagna.
