Asparagus fritters
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- oil - 1 item
- baking powder - 2 Tbsp
- cooked tender-crispy asparagus
How to make asparagus fritters:
Drain asparagus and chop very fine. Mix eggs, baking powder, flour, milk and salt. Add asparagus. Mix well.Drop by tablespoon into deep hot oil. Fry about 1 1/2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve hot.
