- ginger - 1 tsp

- baking powder - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- Filling:2 egg whites
- shortening - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 4 Tbsp
- 10x sugar - 4 c
How to make pumpkin whoopie pies:
Filling:2 egg whites1 c. shortening2 Tbsp. butter6 Tbsp. flour4 Tbsp. milk2 tsp. vanilla4 c. 10x sugar Beat first 4 ingredients until well blended. Add next 8 ingredients. Mix until well blended. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.Filling: Cream all ingredients but sugar. Gradually add sugar. Beat until fluffy.
