  • eggs - 4 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • garlic clove, minced - 1 item
  • medium chopped onion - 1 item
  • dash of Tabasco - 1 item
  • jar marinated artichokes - 1 item

How to make artichoke squares:

With juice from artichokes, saute chopped onion and garlic; drain and add chopped artichokes. Beat eggs and add bread crumbs, Tabasco and seasonings. Stir in artichoke mixture and grated cheese. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish at 325° for 30 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
