Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- jar marinated artichokes - 1 item
How to make artichoke squares:
With juice from artichokes, saute chopped onion and garlic; drain and add chopped artichokes. Beat eggs and add bread crumbs, Tabasco and seasonings. Stir in artichoke mixture and grated cheese. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish at 325° for 30 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, For large groups, Appetizers.
