Ingredients/Components
- jars artichoke hearts - 2 oz
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- fine, dry breadcrumbs - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- oregano - 1/8 tsp
- Tabasco - 1/8 tsp
- grated cheese - 2 c
- chopped, fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
How to make artichoke squares:
Drain artichoke hearts and save the marinade. Chop up the artichokes. Saute the onion in the marinade. Combine eggs with breadcrumbs. Add everything else and pour into a 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Cut into squares when cool.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, For large groups, Appetizers.
