Ingredients/Components

  • jars artichoke hearts - 2 oz
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • fine, dry breadcrumbs - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • oregano - 1/8 tsp
  • Tabasco - 1/8 tsp
  • grated cheese - 2 c
  • chopped, fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item

How to make artichoke squares:

Drain artichoke hearts and save the marinade. Chop up the artichokes. Saute the onion in the marinade. Combine eggs with breadcrumbs. Add everything else and pour into a 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Cut into squares when cool.
